Program delivery · Program delivery leadership

Fractional program
delivery leadership.

For organizations where important work spans multiple teams, tools, and commitments, and where the current operating rhythm produces mid-cycle surprises instead of trustworthy plans.

Who it is for

Teams where important work spans more than one group, tool, or plan.

Situations I enter

When the plan and the organization are out of sync.

What I do

Hands-on leadership, clear scope.

Diagnose before prescribing

Start with how work actually moves: where context breaks, which handoffs fail, and what leaders cannot answer without a meeting. The goal is a trustworthy read, not a framework deck.

Design the minimum viable operating model

Roadmaps, capacity, dependencies, release governance, and reporting, scoped to what the organization can sustain. Enough structure to make commitments realistic, not enough to slow delivery down.

Own the work through the transition

Fractional delivery means organizing and driving the work, not advising from the sidelines. Cadence, decision logs, escalation paths, and handoff to internal owners when the rhythm holds.

What changes

Results from recent delivery work.

Fewer mid-cycle surprises

At Capstone, cross-team planning across roughly 10 teams reduced descoped or unplanned objectives from approximately 15-30 per PI to one, by making dependencies and capacity visible before commitments hardened.

Faster path from request to start

At First Tech Federal Credit Union, redesigned project-intake workflows reduced bottlenecks and improved initiation throughput by approximately 25%.

Shorter delivery cycles

At Allianz Technology, standardized delivery practices and improved backlog coordination contributed to an approximately 25% reduction in development time across distributed teams.

How engagement starts

Clear places to begin.

Each engagement has a defined scope, a clear price, and a sample of what you get. Most work starts with a Health Check or single-workflow diagnostic. Fractional leadership follows when the problem needs sustained ownership. See sample deliverables ↗

Fractional Delivery

Senior delivery leadership on a part-time basis: organizing the work, running cadence, and driving outcomes, not advising from the sidelines. About 10 hours per week, typically a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire or a traditional consulting engagement.

From $5,000/mo

Up to 10 hrs/week · 90-day term

Enough senior ownership to move a multi-team program forward. Not a retainer for slide decks.
